Hari-Krishna Foundation proudly organized the ‘Namo75’ programme individually to mark the 75th birthday of Hon’ble Prime Minister of India. The grand celebration was held at the Townhall in Gandhinagar, graced by the esteemed presence of Hon’ble Rajya Sabha Member Shri Mayankbhai Nayak and Shri Pappuram ji, whose participation added immense dignity to the event. The programme was designed to reflect the Foundation’s commitment to service, innovation, and social upliftment. As a symbol of gratitude and dedication towards the Prime Minister’s vision of inclusive development, the Foundation undertook a special initiative to empower visually impaired children. On this memorable occasion, 75 visually impaired (blind) student boys were gifted state-of-the-art AI Smart Glasses completely free of cost. These advanced devices are designed to assist them in reading, navigation, object recognition, and day-to-day tasks, thereby enhancing their independence and confidence. For many of these children, the AI glasses represent a transformative tool—opening new doors in education, mobility, and personal development. The distribution ceremony was conducted with warmth and respect, ensuring that each student received personalised attention and a clear demonstration of how the technology would support their daily routines. Families and teachers expressed heartfelt gratitude as the students experienced the power of AI-enabled assistance for the first time. By organizing the ‘Namo75’ programme independently, Hari-Krishna Foundation showcased its unwavering commitment to national service and technological empowerment. The event not only celebrated a milestone in the life of the Hon’ble Prime Minister but also created a moment of hope and opportunity for 75 young boys whose lives will now move forward with greater clarity, dignity, and possibility. The initiative stands as a shining example of how compassion, innovation, and determination can come together to create meaningful change in society.
